Some shows in the Velocity Marching Design catalog include arrangements of copyrighted material. Permission to arrange was purchased from the publisher(s) by the band who commissioned the show. Proper licensing must be obtained by any band purchasing a show in the VMD catalog before the parts can be delivered. VMD can assist in the process but ultimately the band purchasing a show is responsible for all licensing requirements on arrangements of copyrighted material.
